Caribbean Tours Specialists, Inc.

DEPOSIT: $150 per person and a signed Operator – Participant terms and conditions are required within 2 days to secure reservations. If deposit is not received the Operator may cancel the reservation. Deposits during holidays are not refundable (e.g. Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, Winter breaks, President’s Week, Eastern recess, etc.). If deposit is made by credit card a signed UCC form and a completed credit card authorization must be received to secure reservation. Participant and/or cardholder waive any charge-back rights in the event of a dispute or request for refund. Tender of deposit and/or full payment constitute acceptances of these terms and conditions.

FINAL PAYMENT: is due 45 days prior to departure. For bookings made less than 21 days prior to departure you must include an additional $20 to cover fax, telephone calls and overnight mail charges.

CANCELLATION: In the event of cancellation all deposits will be refunded less $50 per person non-refundable handling fee. Any cancellations received less than 45 days is subject to the following fees:

  • 45-30 days prior to departure $75 per person
  • 29-21 days prior to departure $150 per person
  • 19-14 days prior to departure $200 per person
  • Less than 14 days no refunds.
These fees plus any additional penalties require by the airline, hotel and group operators in accordance with their cancellation provision. Airline tickets are not refundable.

REFUNDS: Any claims for refunds must be handled through your travel agent and must be submitted in writing along with any supporting documentation within 21 days of completion of the trip. No refunds will be made for tour features, meals and nights missed due to flight delays, change of schedule or missed flights. All unused transfers, hotel vouchers and sightseeing tours included, or all unused portions of any part of the tour will not be subject to refund or claims after commencement of the trip. NO SHOWS – NO REFUNDS.

FORUM OF DISPUTES: Participants and Operator agree to resolve any dispute in a court of competent jurisdiction in the New York State.

REVISIONS & CHANGES: No changes permitted after documents have been issued. Any changes made after deposits are subject to a

DOCUMENTS: All documents are mailed approximately 21 days prior to departure.
*Documents can not be released until full payments conditions have been met.

INSURANCE: Travel insurance protection, accident, health and luggage insurance is available and strongly recommended. Payment for insurance must accompany final payment and may not be accepted after final payment was received.

CHECK-IN PROCEDURE: Failure to check-in three hours prior to departure may result in denied boarding and no refund will be granted.

PRICE: Tour prices are based on prices in effect at the time of printing and are subject to change without notice. Airline tickets are not guaranteed unless tickets are issued.

TAXES: US. Departure tax, foreign departure tax, airline security charge, portage at airport and Hotels, tips to local representatives, sightseeing guides, hotel bellmen and chambermaids or items of personal nature are not included.

AIRFARE: Airfare quoted separately or as part of the package is recommended only and is subject to change without notice. Once airline tickets are issued, they are not refundable.

SECURITY AGREEMENT: Any monies received for this program will be held in escrow.

RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY: Operator, as the principal and/or agents are responsible for arranging and providing all of the services, hotel accommodations, transportation (whether by air, rail, steamship, limousine or motor coach) sightseeing, car rentals, etc. Operator has not priced the trip to allow operator to guarantee against failure of any such terms. Accordingly, participant(s) agree to seek remedies directly with the supplier and not hold the operator liable, in the absence of its negligence, for any loss, injury, delay or expense which results directly or indirectly from any entity providing goods or services for the trip. (e.g. Quality of services, hotel overbooking or any flight delay). Participants also agree not to hold operator liable for circumstances beyond its control (e.g. strikes, labor disputes, war, quarantine, government restraints, acts of terrorism, riots, weather or other acts). The passenger airline tickets, when issued shall constitute the sole contract between the airline and the purchaser and/or passenger.
